From Manchester to the Middle East and now in London, a level 4 personal trainer with over 20 years of experience.
My passion for being active and fitness started at a young age playing football in the park. I went on to join professional football clubs in Europe and the Middle East, playing for 4 seasons.
As a personal trainer I’ve had opportunity to travel the world with clients, experiencing and appreciating different countries and cultures .
In 2010 I established Andrew Personal Training in Dubai. I trained individuals and developed corporate fitness programs; including Philips International Dubai where I delivered a 12 month marathon programme for both beginners and the more advanced runner. I was appointed the strength and conditioning coach for DHL FC Dubai, and the front man for Souplesse Cycle Power by Real Ryder International.
I’ve helped 1000s of people achieve their health and fitness goals, and my specialty is Body Transformation for over 35s. I love that every day is different! You can find me working on my weekly playlist for a spin or HIIT class, or consulting individuals on 1-1 sessions.2019’s highlights include training clients to accomplish the Dubai Marathon, climbing Machu Pitcchu, trekking in Rwanda, cycling from London to Paris and regain fitness post-pregnancy!
Outside of my day job, I enjoying quality time on rest days with my family, staying active with riverside walks in west London, playing golf and my first love football!
