I got my personal training sessions as a gift. I wanted to improve my fitness level, stay trim, and do exercises which would complement my netball. Every session, was varied and incorporated a good mix of cardio and resistance training but working with Andrew I was able to take new exercises which not only would increase my strength but also increase my endurance level. Andrew was motivational and encouraging throughout and pushed me in each session. I would definitely recommend Andrew and will look forward to future sessions.
